我科自1938年6月以来使用CO_2激光治疗颜面部汗管瘤美容效果理想,现将随访有结果的37例报告如下: 一般资料本组治疗37例患者均为女性。年龄在22～57岁之间,多数为30岁左右。皮损扁平隆起,多为针头至黄豆大,均为多发,最少7～8个,多者数十个;主要分布在上下眼睑处,其次为额和面颊。治疗方法本文使用的CO_2激光系长春春城激光仪器厂生产的BIM—1便携式激光美容手术仪,功率3W。治疗时,皮损局部用酒精棉球消毒后,接通激光器电源(水冷系统自动开启),微凋调至较大功率(电流表指示在8mA),将激光枪头对准皮损,约距皮损3～5Cm左右,然后迅速开闭开关,
