目的:采用近红外光谱法对消渴丸浓缩液的干固物含量进行快速测定。方法:以烘干法测定值作为参照,采用近红外漫反射光谱技术采集消渴丸浓缩液的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法建立干固物含量的快速测定方法,并对未知样品进行含量预测。结果:建立的干固物含量校正模型R2为0.9968、RMSECV为0.355、RPD为17.6。对验证集样品预测平均相对偏差为0.43%。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可作为消渴丸浓缩液质量检测和实时在线质量控制的方法。
Objective: To determine the dry solid content of Xiaoke Pill concentrate by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to detect the concentration of Xiaoke Pill by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS), and the rapid determination method of dry solids content was established by partial least squares method. The content of unknown samples prediction. Results: The established dry solids content correction model R2 was 0.9968, RMSECV was 0.355 and RPD was 17.6. The average relative deviation of the sample from the validation set was 0.43%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and simple and can be used as a quality control method for Xiaoke Pills concentrate and real-time on-line quality control.
