在中职院校中,基础英语就像专业课一样是一门必不可少的课程。但目前中职学校的学生的英语基础普遍比较差,英语也成了最难教的课程之一。随着我校最近几年加强了对外交流学习,如和英国汽车工业协会合作成立了IMI中英合作班,以及和一些国外高端汽车品牌合作办学都对学生的英语学习水平提出更高的要求。可以说中职学生是否掌握较好的英语应用能力在一定程度上决定了他们的未来职业的发展。
In secondary vocational schools, basic English is just like a professional course is an essential course. However, at present, students in secondary vocational schools generally have a poor English foundation and English has also become one of the most difficult courses to teach. With the strengthening of foreign exchange study in our school in recent years, for example, the establishment of IMI Sino-British cooperation class in cooperation with the British Automobile Manufacturers Association and the cooperation with some foreign high-end automobile brands all place higher demands on students’ English learning. It can be said that secondary vocational students have a good grasp of English ability to a certain extent determines the development of their future career.
