教育信息化已成为国家战略,“十三五”期间是实现教育信息化规划纲要和十年规划的关键期。《教育信息化“十三五”规划》为“十三五”期间教育信息化建设指明了方向,带来了教育信息化的重大历史发展机遇。成人高等教育是终身教育体系中非常重要的一环,必须要抓住这个历史机遇积极进行信息化建设。本文在阐述教育信息化内涵和发展历程基础上,根据“十三五”期间国家对教育信息化建设的要求,提出了成人高等教育信息化的建设路径。
Informationization of education has become a national strategy. During the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” period, it is a crucial period for implementing the Outline of Education Informationization Plan and the Ten-Year Plan. “Education Informationization” “13th Five-Year Plan” pointed out the direction of education informationization construction during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, which brought great historical development opportunities for education informationization. Adult higher education is a very important part of the lifelong education system. We must seize this historic opportunity to actively carry out information construction. On the basis of expounding the connotation and development course of education informatization, this paper puts forward the construction path of informatization of adult higher education according to the requirements of nation for educational informatization construction in the period of “Thirteen Five-Year Plan”.
