我院自1984年6月～1992年12月共行贲门癌根治术1580例。术式有经胸手术840例,胸腹联合手术590例,上腹正中切口40例以及改进的左腹直肌切口上端沿肋缘内斜切口110例,我们认为改进的术式与其它术式相比有更多的优越性,目前尚无报道,现介绍如下: 1 一般资料 110例中男82例,女28例,男女比例为2.93:1,最大年龄73岁,最小年龄27岁,平均年龄58.1岁。其中65岁以上者45例,占全组人数的40.
