本文研究了在圆光栅系统中光栅黑白比改变,听引起的莫尔信号变化;指出一般的圆光栅副(小间隙、中径处黑白比为1)取样时,在刻划中径附近的区域其信号可用三角波表示,多头读数时的合成信号可以解析得到,合成信号的分析变得便利而直观。莫尔信号多头迭加由计算机编程模拟,频幅分析采用FFT 算法,大大缩短了分析众多参数所需的时间。
