保障阅读,服务读者是公共图书馆的天然使命。视障人士是公共图书馆的特殊服务群体之一。本文以江苏省公共图书馆为例,概述了公共图书馆视障服务的历史、现状与问题,并提出构建公共图书馆视障人士阅读服务体系措施,满足、提升并创造视障阅读需求,从资源、服务、管理上全方位服务视障阅读,促进社会融合与进步。
Safeguard reading, serving readers is the natural mission of public libraries. Visually impaired people are one of the special service groups in public libraries. Taking Jiangsu Provincial Public Library as an example, this paper summarizes the history, status quo and problems of the public library visually impaired service and puts forward some measures to construct a reading service system for the visually impaired people in the public library so as to meet, enhance and create the needs of visually impaired reading. Resources, services, management services for all-visual access to the visually impaired, and promote social integration and progress.
