OBJECTIVE: To analyze the spatial distribution and spatial-temporal variation characteristics of Scutellaria barbatus in Shenzhen and provide a scientific basis for the scientific assessment of the spread and prevalence of Schistosoma mansoni. Methods Based on the survey data of Spirulina, the spatial and temporal analysis of the spatial distribution of Biliocarpus plicata in Shenzhen was carried out using the methods of global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial clustering analysis. Results The density of double umbilical snail (Umbilical cord) was clustered in Shenzhen, and the global autocorrelation was statistically significant (P <0.05). The spatial distribution of Umbilical cord was more similar in the spatially more adjacent regions. The results showed that the rivers with high concentration of double umbilical snail were mainly distributed in the coastal area, and the concentration of snail density was not significant in the investigation points far away from the coast. The density of the snails in different shore sections of the same river was inconsistent, showing heterogeneity , Which reflected the influence of the difference of internal environment of rivers on the difference of distribution of snail density. The analysis of spatio-temporal changes suggested that water quality is an important factor affecting the snail density and is closely related to the local geographical factors and seasons in each region. Conclusion There is spatial autocorrelation and local autocorrelation in the distribution of B. cuspioides in Shenzhen, showing some aggregation in space. The distribution characteristics are closely related to environmental factors.
