交规划发〔2013〕349号2013年6月6日国家铁路局、中国民用航空局、国家邮政局,各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团交通运输厅(局、委),天津市市政公路管理局,天津市、上海市交通运输和港口管理局,部属各单位,部内各单位,部管各社团,有关交通运输企业:为深入贯彻十八大精神,落实国务院关于调整、振兴和促进物流业健康发展的工作部署,加快转变交通运输发展方式,推动行业转型升级,充分发挥交通运输在物流业发展中的重要作用,推进我国物流业健康发展,现提出以下指导意见:一、充分认识交通运输推进物流业健康发展的重要性和紧迫性1.加快发展物流业是经济社会转型发展的迫切要求。
