我是1972年参加凉城县乌兰牧骑的,那时年仅11岁。凉城县乌兰牧骑是1971年5月23日成立的,也就是在《讲话》精神指导下成立的。参加乌兰牧骑后,那个时候经常学习《讲话》。《讲话》影响了我一生,教育我从一个艺人成为一个真正意义上的文艺工作者。艺人和文艺工作者是有很大区别的,艺人是为了吃饱饭,把自己弄好就行了;而文艺工作者在把自己弄好的同时,还要把社会弄好、把从事的艺术弄好、把你周边的人弄好,这是文艺工作者的责任。这是学习《讲话》给我的最大启示。
