细度适宜的某些矿物微粉具有强烈的减水作用,而且这种减水作用可以在化学减水刑 (超塑化剂)无能为力的超低水灰比条件下发挥出来,因而在UHPC的制备中具有重要作用。由 此,本文提出了混凝土矿物减水剂的概念,并研究了矿物减水刑的机理、模型和参数。在此基础 上,研制了一些具有强烈减水作用的矿物微粉,利用这些矿物微粉以及广州地区容易获得的其他 原材料,稳定地制备了坍落度大于17cm、28天强度达100-128MPa的超高性能混凝土。
