高速公路的建设和运营都会产生噪声,对生态环境造成一定的影响,对其治理应采取综合预防的治理方法,通过分析各阶段噪声产生的原因,得出此种影响的主要因素,从而在设计期就有针对性地采用合理的设计参数,预防噪声的产生,在施工期采取适当的避让措施,运营期采取适当的养护和相关管理措施,即可取得较好的防噪声效果。
