海归创业为中国经济社会发展和创新驱动发展战略增添了活跃的新元素。海归归国创业进行创业地点选择时,各地的优惠政策并不是吸引海归的全部因素,当地的政治、经济、文化、融资等因素也是海归重点关注的。对于海归创业者进行创业地点选择时更为关注哪些因素,本文通过调研、访谈、资料收集等方式,归纳总结出影响海归创业地点选择的重要因素,以此形成调查问卷并收集数据,进一步采用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明:城市环境和海归创业者的社会资本这两方面因素对其创业地点选择有显著影响,进而提出吸引海外归国创业者选择本地创业的政策建议。
Overseas returnees have added an active new element to China’s economic and social development and innovation-driven development strategy. Returning home for entrepreneurship When choosing a business location, preferential policies are not all factors that will attract returnees. Local political, economic, cultural and financing factors are also the focus of overseas returnees. For those returnees who are more concerned about the selection of entrepreneurial location, this article summarizes the important factors that influence the choice of returnees’ entrepreneurship through surveys, interviews, data collection and so on, so as to form a questionnaire and collect data, and further adopt the structure Equation model for empirical analysis. The results show that the urban environment and social capital of returnees entrepreneurs have significant influence on the choice of their entrepreneurial location, and then put forward policy suggestions to attract overseas entrepreneurs to choose local entrepreneurship.
