近日,北京市海淀区法院连续受理两例消费者起诉商家价格欺诈案件,两消费者均因无法证明欺诈事实存在而一审被判败诉。
Recently, Haidian District Court of Beijing accepted two consecutive cases of consumer price fraud suing businesses, both consumers are unable to prove the existence of fraud and the first instance was sentenced to defeat.
