目的:观察益胃汤(YWD)对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立子宫内膜异位症(内异症)大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、达那唑对照组、反应停对照组、益胃汤高、中、低剂量组,另设假手术对照组,连续给药4周后,观察YWD对异位内膜形态学变化的影响,并用ELISA法检测YWD对外周血TNFα、IL-1β和VEGF含量的影响。结果:YWD治疗4周后,与模型对照组比较,YWD各剂量组外周血TNFα、IL-1β和VEGF含量均较模型对照组显著降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:YWD能使EMs模型外周血免疫因子TNFα和IL-1β及促血管生成因子VEGF含量降低,提示YWD治疗EMs的作用机制之一是通过减少TNFα和IL-1β等免疫因子生成,使血管生成促进因子VEGF生成减少,阻断/抑制异位内膜血管,抑制病灶的形成和生长。
Objective: To observe the effect of YWD on cytokines in endometriosis (EMs) rats. Methods: Endometriosis (endometriosis) rat model was established by autologous endometrial transplantation in rats. The successful model rats were randomly divided into model control group, danazol control group, reaction stop control group, Yisweitang high, medium and low dose groups, and another sham operation control group. After continuous administration for 4 weeks, YWD on the morphological changes of ectopic endometrium. The effects of YWD on the levels of TNFα, IL-1β and VEGF in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with the model control group, the levels of TNFα, IL-1β and VEGF in the peripheral blood of YWD group were significantly lower than those of the model control group after 4 weeks of YWD treatment (P <0.05; P <0.01). Conclusion: YWD can decrease the levels of TNFα, IL-1β and pro-angiogenic factor VEGF in EMs model, suggesting that one of the mechanisms of YWD in the treatment of EMs is to reduce angiogenesis by decreasing the production of immune factors such as TNFα and IL- Promoter VEGF production reduced, blocking / inhibiting ectopic endometrial blood vessels, inhibiting the formation and growth of lesions.
