多功能取环钳应用于宫内节育器避孕患者的临床分析

目的探讨多功能取环钳在宫内节育器(IUD)避孕患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析行IUD避孕患者的临床资料,并根据其取环方式分为多功能取环钳组和传统取环钳组。观察两组患者术中出血量、取环时间、疼痛得分的差异,比较两组患者取环成功率、不良反应发生率和满意度的差异。结果多功能取环钳组术中出血量较传统取环组少(P<0.05),手术时间较传统取环钳组短(P<0.05),VAS得分较传统取环钳组低(P<0.05);两组患者取环成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05);多功能取环钳组环嵌顿、子宫壁损伤和环断裂发生率明显低于传统取环钳组(P<0.05);多功能取环钳组治疗满意率为97.92%,明显高于传统取环钳组的85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能取环钳在宫内节育器避孕患者取环术中的应用效果较好,可明显降低相关不良反应发生率,提高患者的治疗满意率,具有推广应用的价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-purpose forceps in contraception of IUD. Methods The clinical data of patients with IUD contraception were retrospectively analyzed. According to the way of taking the IUD, the patients were divided into multifunctional pliers group and traditional pliers group. The differences of blood loss, withdrawal time and pain score between the two groups were observed. The differences of the success rate of taking the ring, the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the traditional ring group, the bleeding volume in the multi - function group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional ring group (P <0.05). The operation time was shorter (P <0.05) and the VAS score was lower (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of taking the ring (P> 0.05). The incidence of ring incarceration, uterine wall injury and ring rupture in the multifunctional group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group ). The satisfaction rate of multi-function revolver clamp group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than 85.71% of the traditional pliers group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The multi-function extraction forceps have good effect in the circumcision of intrauterine contraceptive devices, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction rate of patients, which is of value in popularization and application.
