本文报道1986年7月～1987年6月广东部份地区3岁内婴幼儿轮状病毒(HRV)感染情况:腹泻儿童 HRV 感染率11. 6％,对照儿童4. 2％(P<0. 01) ;腹泻儿童 HRV 感染全年可发生,有冬、夏流行峰;不同月龄、性别的感染率无差别;长、短核酸电泳型的 HRV 感染临床表现无差异。
This article reports the infantile rotavirus (HRV) infections in 3-year-old children in Guangdong from July 1986 to June 1987: HRV infection rate was 11.6% in diarrhea children and 4.2% in control children (P <0. 01); HRV infection in children with diarrhea can occur throughout the year, winter, summer epidemic peak; different month age, gender infection rate no difference; long and short nucleic acid electrophoresis HRV infection clinical manifestations no difference.
