本刊讯(报道)国际金融公司(IFC)将对斯道拉恩索集团广西林浆纸一体化项目进行价值3.56亿元人民币(4300万欧元)的股权投资。斯道拉恩索集团不断加强与国际金融公司(IFC)之间的合作,获取支持建设和发展其位于中国广西的世界级人工林及纸板纸浆工业项目。国际金融公司已同意对该项目进行3.56亿元人民币(4300万欧元)的股权投资,在项目中持股占5%。斯道拉恩索将继续持股项目的83%股份,其余股份将由广西林业集团和北海林业投资与发展有限公司持有。此外,斯道拉恩索即将签署项目一期建设所需的总值为4.6亿美元长期贷款协议。此贷款将根据国际金融公
(Report) IFC will invest 356 million yuan (43 million euros) of equity investment in the Stora Enso Guangxi-Guangxi pulp and paper integration project. Stora Enso Group continues to strengthen its cooperation with International Finance Corporation (IFC) in obtaining support for the construction and development of its world-class plantation and pulp and paper pulp industry in Guangxi, China. IFC has agreed to invest 356 million yuan (43 million euros) of the equity investment in the project, holding 5% of the project. Stora Enso will continue to hold 83% of the project shares, the remaining shares will be held by Guangxi Forestry Group and Beihai Forestry Investment and Development Co., Ltd.. In addition, Stora Enso is about to sign a long-term loan agreement worth a total of 460 million U.S. dollars needed for the first phase of the project. This loan will be based on IFC
