经济全球化的本质是革新与发展。科学技术和生产力的发展是经济全球化不断拓展和深化的主要原因。发达国家推动和主导的经济全球化是一柄“双刃剑”。我国作为发展中的大国在积极参与经济全球化的过程中 ,要从各个方面创造条件 ,应对经济全球化。其中最重要的是要提高国民素质 ,特别是要培养高层次的创新型人才。
The essence of economic globalization is innovation and development. The development of science and technology and productivity is the main reason for the continuous expansion and deepening of economic globalization. The economic globalization promoted and led by the developed countries is a “double-edged sword.” In the process of actively participating in economic globalization, as a big developing country, our country should create conditions from all aspects and cope with economic globalization. The most important of these is to improve the quality of the people, especially to train high-level innovative talents.
