商品市场全面发展。经过20多年的改革开放,我国商品市场已有相当规模,商品交易市场体系基本形成。期货市场在规范中也得到了发展。与此同时,生产要素市场发展也很快。 资本市场稳定发展。截至2002年8月底,全国共有证券公司124家,比1997年底增长了37％,资本金总额在5亿元以上的证券公司76家;证券营业部2880家,从业人员逾10万人。截至2002年8月底,我国共有1197家上市公司,比1997年底增长了61％。目前我国证券市场已经成为亚洲仅次于东京和香港的第三大证券市场。
The full development of the commodity market. After more than 20 years of reform and opening up, China’s commodity market has become quite large and the market system for commodity products has basically taken shape. The futures market has also been developed in the norm. At the same time, the market for factors of production has also developed rapidly. The capital market has developed steadily. As of the end of August 2002, there were 124 securities companies in the country, an increase of 37% over the end of 1997 and 76 securities companies with a total capital value of over 500 million yuan. There were 2,880 securities sales offices with more than 100,000 employees. As of the end of August 2002, there were 1197 listed companies in our country, an increase of 61% over the end of 1997. At present, China’s securities market has become the third largest securities market in Asia after Tokyo and Hong Kong.
