2002年6月18日至7月1日,应欧盟木材理事会的邀请由建设部标准定额司陈重副司长为团长,同济大学丁士昭教授、重庆大学李世蓉教授、上海建委陈宁和标准定额司卫明等一行5人,赴芬兰、瑞典、德国考察技术法规。考察团分别拜访了:芬兰贸易工业部标准局、芬兰资源部建筑与住房局、芬兰建筑技术中心;瑞典环境部规划建筑局、瑞典环境部地方委员会、瑞典国家住宅与规划委员会;德国交通建设部建筑局、德国黑森州经济
From June 18, 2002 to July 1, 2002, at the invitation of the European Union Timber Council, Chen Zongzhong, deputy director of the Standards Department of the Ministry of Construction, as a leader, Professor Ding Shizhao of Tongji University, Professor Li Shirong of Chongqing University, Chen Ning and Shanghai Construction Committee Division Wei Ming and his entourage five people, went to Finland, Sweden, Germany to inspect the technical regulations. The delegation visited respectively the Standards and Trade Bureau of Finland Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Architecture and Housing of Finnish Ministry of Resources, the Finnish Building Technology Center, the Swedish Ministry of the Environment Planning and Building Authority, the Swedish Ministry of the Environment Local Committee, the Swedish National Housing and Planning Commission, the German Ministry of Transport Construction Bureau, Hesse, Germany
