目的 探讨蕏苓多糖抗肿瘤作用可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化的方法研究蕏苓多糖对小鼠p1 6、Rb基因表达的影响。结果 蕏苓多糖作用后 ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞p1 6基因表达产物 (P1 6蛋白 )表达显著增强 (P <0 0 1 ) ;Rb基因表达产物 (P1 0 5-Rb蛋白 )表达增强 (P <0 0 5)。结论 : 蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞抑癌基因p1 6、Rb有激活作用。
Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of anti-tumor effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide on the expression of p16 and Rb genes in mice. Results The expression of p16 gene expression product (P16 protein) in mouse HepA tumor cells was significantly increased (P <0 01), and the expression of Rb gene expression product (P1 0 5-Rb protein) was enhanced (P < 0 0 5). Conclusion : LPS has an activating effect on tumor suppressor genes p16 and Rb in mouse HepA tumor cells.
