项目投资决策是对拟建项目的必要性和可行性进行技术经济论证,正确的项目投资行动来源于正确的项目投资决策。项目投资决策正确与否,直接关系到项目建设的成败,关系到工程造价的高低及投资效果的好坏。控制工程造价是取得良好投资效益和社会效益的前提,正确的决策是合理确定与控制工程造价的前提。
The project investment decision is the technical and economic demonstration of the necessity and feasibility of the proposed project.
