利用Python和Abaqus解决了泡沫材料非垂直切割造成边界出现“浮动”边等问题,同时研究了自由边界、固定边界条件材料的准静态压缩特性,在此基础上提出并分析了周期边界,并对周期性边界设置中几种情况进行讨论和实现,同时,对此过程中相关思路、关键算法加以说明。最后,以开孔泡沫铝为例,对三种边界条件情况下随机Kelvin胞体开孔泡沫铝在准静态压缩过程中的力学行为进行了对比分析研究。研究成果对开孔泡沫材料的数值仿真研究具有一定的参考价值。
By using Python and Abaqus to solve the problem of “floating” edge caused by the non-vertical cutting of foam material, quasi-static compression characteristics of free boundary and fixed boundary material are studied. Finally, taking open-cell aluminum foam as an example, the mechanical behavior of stochastic Kelvin open-cell aluminum foam under quasi-static compression under three boundary conditions was compared and analyzed. The research results have certain reference value to the numerical simulation of open-cell foam.
