Paraventricular hypopigmentation Retinal choroidal atrophy is an asymptomatic disease characterized by an inconsistent distribution of retinal choroid atrophy along the retina veins, bilateral symmetry, a slow course of progression, and an unknown etiology. This paper reports 1 case of asymmetric paraventricular hypopigmented retinal choroidal atrophy, with local peripheral retinal microvascular disease. Patients were black, female, 51 years old, denied a history of night blindness and previous eye problems, and no similar family history records. Binocular vision 6/6, normal eye and eye movement, normal eye position, check the slit lamp light wedge-shaped cataracts, intraocular pressure 16mmHg. In the right fundus there is typical paraventricular micropigmentation, with retinal choroidal atrophy extending from the optic disc beyond the equator, with aneurysms and retinal capillaries dilated around the temporal periphery of the retina with no exudation; there is only one left fundus Solitary retinal choroidal atrophy along the inferior temporal retina veins. Right eye vision significantly reduced, especially the nasal side. Left eye vision is normal. ERG shows
