高校图书馆多是区域内最大规模,文献信息服务中心的最高层次。从人力资源视角出发,探寻高校图书馆的岗位社会化设置,有助于促进高校图书馆健康地发展,具有深远的现实意义。文章基于人力资源视域论述了高校图书馆的岗位社会化建设的对策。
Most of the university library is the highest level in the region, the center of literature and information service. From the perspective of human resources, it is of far-reaching practical significance to probe into the socialization of job placement in university libraries and to promote the healthy development of university libraries. The article elaborates the countermeasures for the socialization of posts in university library based on human resource horizon.
