我院自1990年以来共行人工晶体植入术163例,其中3例因出现并发症而取出。现报告如下。例1,男,58岁。右眼老年性白内障入院。手术顺利,术中并未发现后囊膜破裂及玻璃体脱出,术后4天突然人工晶体下沉,上襻滑入前房,前房内有玻璃体。本例可能在人工晶体植入时,损伤了下方晶体悬韧带,且人工晶体上下襻未能旋转至水平位置固定。术后由于重力作用使下襻失去支撑作用。因此,术中如损伤下方悬韧带,应将上下襻旋转90度固定于水平位置。例2,男,54岁。左眼外伤性白内障入院。术前眼压5.5/2=28.97mmHg,2点钟处有后粘连,未能引起足够的重视。术中对小梁组织的损伤和术后炎性
