目的:为了控制脑络安胶囊的质量。方法:采用薄层扫描法对其中的黄芪甲苷进行了鉴别,并建立HPLC法对主要组成黄芪中黄芪甲苷进行定量。结果:鉴别项下的阴性对照品无干扰,专属性较强;黄芪甲苷在7.8~500μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。结论:本质量标准可有效控制脑络安胶囊的质量。
Objective: In order to control the quality of brain capsule. Methods: The TLC was used to identify the astragaloside Ⅳ, and HPLC method was established for the determination of astragaloside IV in astragalus membranaceus. Results: The negative control under the identification of non-interference, specificity is strong; Astragaloside in the range of 7.8 ~ 500μg / mL a good linear relationship (r = 0.9997). Conclusion: The quality standards can effectively control the quality of the brain capsule.
