内径表示值变动性是指在反复推动活动测量头时,指针对原来位置的变动量。此变动量要求:内径百分表不超过3.0μm,内径千分表不超过1.5μm。产生示值变动性的原因及修理方法如下:(1)活动测量头与主体的配合孔,间隙过大,产生径向框动,使测头的平端面与杠杆上的钢球接触时有微量变化,在指示表上反映出来则形成指针不稳定。此时应缩小孔径或按原测头形状和技术要求,配置新测头。
