在普及深入地展开抗美援朝运动中,反對美帝重新武裝日本,是一个重要的環節。為了通过地理课来深入的貫澈爱国主义思想教育,便针对着同学們對於美帝武裝日本存在着的一些问题,如同:‘为什么美帝不顾一切拼命的要武裝日本?’‘能不能武裝起來?’‘为什么美帝僕從国家也敢公然的反对?’從地理的角度出发,在地理课上作了个初步的解答:
