今年,我厂修复了一台400公斤空气钟。在检修过程中,发现该空气锤的前缸缸径磨损很严重,椭圆度0.1毫米,锥度也达0.15毫米,且在缸壁上划有两条深约0.5毫米、宽约40~50毫米、长约700毫米的深痕,从而失去了该设备原有的精度。该设备是较高大而笨重的,其外形尺寸为2000×1000×2500毫米。由于我厂设备不足,要对它进行修复是颇为困难的。但我们在群众的努力下,终于解决了问题。我们利用机修车间现有的Z35型摇臂钻床作为动力来源,在该锻锤的床身上进行加工,即将原来的缸径
