当前,我国初中生的人格状况令人担忧,暴力欺凌、极端行为事件屡见报端。人格教育是素质教育的核心,更是德育之根本。思想品德课作为学校德育的主阵地,是塑造初中生健康人格的重要渠道和核心课程。对此,思想品德课要充分发挥自身作用,从明确教学理念、优化教学方法、营造良好课堂气氛、提升教师人格四个方面入手,对培养初中生健康人格进行理论和实践探索。
At present, the personality situation of junior high school students in our country is worrying. Incidents of violence, bullying and extreme acts are frequently reported. Personality education is the core of quality education, but also the fundamental moral education. As the main front of school moral education, ideological and moral lessons are the important channels and core courses for shaping the healthy personality of junior high school students. In this regard, ideological and moral courses should give full play to their own role, from a clear teaching philosophy, teaching methods to optimize, create a good classroom atmosphere, improve the personality of teachers from four aspects, to cultivate junior high school students healthy personality theory and practice exploration.
