本文应用血凝抑制试验(HI)对营南县262例流行性出血热(EHF)病人进行血清学分型。结果,230例为家鼠型(87.78%),29例为野鼠型(11.07%),未定型3例(1.15%)。褐家鼠EHF病毒抗原阳性率(16.65%)明显高于黑线姬鼠(8.11%)和大仓鼠(7.25%),表明该地是以家鼠型感染为主的混合型疫区。同时进行了临床与流行病学调查,家鼠型发病高峰为3~9月(67.83%),野鼠型多见于11月至翌年2月(58.62%),但两型病人全年各月均有发生,而且临床分型未见明显差异,轻、中、重和危重型均占有一定比例。
In this paper, hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) on Yingnan 262 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) patients serological typing. Results: 230 cases were domestic mice (87.78%), 29 cases were wild mice (11.07%) and 3 cases were unconfined (1.15%). The positive rate of Rattus norvegicus EHF virus antigen (16.65%) was significantly higher than that of Apodemus agrarius (8.11%) and large hamster (7.25%), indicating that it was a mixed-type epidemic area mainly characterized by house mouse infection. At the same time, clinical and epidemiological investigations were conducted. The peak incidence of domestic mice was from March to September (67.83%), while that of wild mice was more common in November to February (58.62%), but both types of patients had Occurred, but no significant difference in clinical classification, light, moderate, severe and critically ill all occupy a certain proportion.
