振兴“南方丝绸之路”与西南民族地区的经济开发关系研讨会于1990年8月13日至18日,在西昌召开。参加这次研讨会的人员有文博、历史、民族、民俗、新闻、出版等方面的专家学者和专业人员近80人。他们分别来自川、滇两省十五个市、地、州的30多个单位。 凉山州委副书记朱洪明、副州长巴莫尔哈和西昌市市长施正华等党、政领导出席了开幕式,并发表了重要讲话。凉山州和西昌市工交、财贸、轻化、外事、方志等方面的代表,也应邀列席了会议。
The Seminar on Rejuvenating the “Southern Silk Road” and the Economic Development in the Ethnic Regions in Southwest China was held in Xichang from August 13 to 18, 1990. Attend the seminar staff Wenbo, history, ethnic, folk, news, publishing and other experts and scholars in nearly 80 people. They came from more than 30 units in 15 cities, prefectures and prefectures of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces respectively. Liangshan State Party Committee Deputy Secretary Zhu Hongming, Vice Governor Ba Muerha and Xichang Mayor Shi Zhenghua and other party and government leaders attended the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech. Representatives of Liangshan Prefecture and Xichang City in their job exchanges, finance and trade, light management, foreign affairs, and local records also were invited to attend the meeting.
