目的对1株来源于南海沉积物的放线菌Streptomyces sp.SCSIO BEMM34进行菌种鉴定及次级代谢产物研究。方法通过16SrDNA序列分析并构建系统发育进化树来鉴定菌株,利用硅胶、凝胶层析,半制备高效液相分离等手段对海洋放线菌SCSIO BEMM34的发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析及文献比对的方法对分离纯化得到的化合物进行结构鉴定,采用滤纸片法进行抗菌活性测试。结果从1株海洋来源放线菌中分离得到2个戊二酰亚胺类化合物1和2,以及1个酚酸类化合物3。抗菌活性测试结果表明,化合物1~3都没有明显的抑菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To identify a strain of Streptomyces sp. SCSIO BEMM34 derived from the sediment of the South China Sea and study on its secondary metabolites. Methods The strains were identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree analysis. The fermentation products of marine actinomycete SCSIO BEMM34 were isolated and purified by silica gel, gel chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The methods of literature comparison were used to identify the compounds isolated and purified, and the antibacterial activity was tested by filter paper method. Results Two glutarimide compounds 1 and 2 and one phenolic acid compound 3 were isolated from one actinomycete of marine origin. Antibacterial activity test results show that compounds 1 to 3 have no obvious antibacterial activity.
