医疗电子设备在出厂包装过程中,需要对单个物料单元(主机、配件、附件和说明书等)进行装箱记录和管理,特别是对不同参数的配件、附件更需要进行严格的包装数量复检,保证出厂包装中的物料与装箱清单的规格、数量严格一致,以免影响设备在临床操作中的正常安装使用。目前普遍采用的实现方式如下:(1)开发建立单个物料数据库,每个物料单元对应唯一的物料编码,并在其外包装上用一维条形码与之对应。
