四川省绵竹市武都镇新开村地处沿山,地势、地理、气候等因素使该村工、农业经济非常脆弱,“如何引领群众走上富裕之路”一直是村领导关心和探讨的问题。村党支部书记赵传书通过在农广校的学习,掌握了多门农业种植、养殖技术,他利用所学专业知识,认真分析了全村的实际情况,避开劣势,整合优势,大胆调整了农业产业结构,开拓定单农业,发展旅游观光农业,突出抓好特种蔬菜、优质金花梨和食用菌的生产,现已形成一定规模的特色农业。
