本文报道实验性低氧性肺动脉高压(猪)模型在低氧前后及低氧静脉注射小剂量尼群地平后,肺循环,体循环动力学,血管紧张素转换酶(ACE),血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ),血浆肾素活性(PRA),血栓素A_2(TXA_2),前列环素(PGI_2)及血中乳酸含量的变化,结果显示:低氧后,肺动脉压及肺血管阻力增高,右心作功指数,PRA,ATⅡ,TXA_2升高,ACE及PGI_2降低,TXA_2/PGI_2升高,静注尼群地平后,肺动脉压持续显著下降,肺循环动力学指数下降,体循环无显著变化,血中乳酸及PGI_2含量升高。尼群地平可作为降低缺氧性肺动脉高压药物进一步研究。
