无论是何年龄的学生,由于来自不同的家庭、学习能力、习惯爱好等不同,个体之间必定存在着不同程度的差异。反应到教学中,便是对教学内容接受理解能力等存在着差异性。因此,要让每一位学生在课堂教学中达到“学”的目的,教师就必须在每节课前,针对学生的学情,对教学目标、教学材料等进行适当地甄选;在教学设计时,关注差异、尊重差异、利用差异,使每一位学生都能学到符合其接受能力的知识,真正感受到课堂学习的乐趣,同时提升课堂教学的有效性。
