我院于1996年在原药库的基础上建立了中心药库,中心药库除了保证本院药品器械的供应外,还担负着我院所管辖的4所乡卫生院及13所分院的药械供应工作。我们认真探索工作规律,总结了一套行之有效的药品供应和管理方法。1 充分发挥医院药事管理组织的作用 药事管理领导小组是医院药品管理工作的负责机构,临床用药及采购使用均要经药管组审查。药管组还具体制订了药库工作人员的职责及各种管理制度,使中心药库逐步走上了制度化、规范化的轨道。
In 1996, our hospital set up a central drugstore on the basis of the original drugstore.
