目的探讨榴莲壳提取物(DSE)止咳、镇痛及抗炎的作用。方法分别采用氨水及二氧化硫致小鼠咳嗽模型来评价DSE的止咳作用;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及热板法评价DSE的镇痛作用;采用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和抑菌圈法来评价DSE的抗菌作用。结果与空白对照组相比,300及900mg·kg-1DSE对氨水和二氧化硫所致的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数都有明显的抑制作用;DSE明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应的潜伏期及扭体次数,但不影响热板法所致的疼痛阀值;DSE对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及大肠埃希杆菌等细菌无抑制作用,对绿脓假单胞菌有较弱的抑制作用。结论DSE有明显的止咳作用,且对化学刺激所致的疼痛抑制作用优于物理性所致的疼痛抑制作用;DSE对绿脓假单胞菌有一定抑菌作用。
