今年以来,陕西省乾县人民检察院按照中政委和高检院的安排部署,积极构建“一平台三机制”开展司法救助工作,多渠道探索刑事被害人救助新方式,有效彰显了检察机关以人为本的执法理念。截止目前已成功救助10名刑事被害人及其亲属,独立发放救助金22000元,对帮助被害人及其近亲属克服生活困难,化解社会矛盾,减少涉检上访,促进社会和谐发挥了积极
Since the beginning of this year, Qian County People’s Procuratorate of Shaanxi Province has been actively planning to deploy “three platforms for a platform” to carry out judicial assistance in accordance with the arrangements made by the Political Commissar and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, exploring new ways of assisting criminals in multiple channels and effectively demonstrating that the procuratorial organs are people-oriented Law enforcement concept. Up to now, 10 criminal victims and their relatives have been successfully rescued and the assistance of 22,000 yuan has been paid independently to victims and their close relatives to overcome life difficulties, to resolve social conflicts, to reduce petitions for inspection, and to promote social harmony.
