对76例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)性消化性溃疡,采用奥美拉唑20mgq12h和阿莫西林0.5gid治疗,疗程两周。结果:溃疡愈合率97.4％,Hp清除率94.7％,与国内外文献报道相比,显示具有疗效好、剂量适中、副作用少的优点。
76 cases of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) peptic ulcer with omeprazole 20mgq12h and amoxicillin 0.5gid treatment, treatment for two weeks. Results: The healing rate of ulcer was 97.4% and the clearance rate of Hp was 94.7%. Compared with the reports in the literature both at home and abroad, it showed the advantages of good curative effect, moderate dosage and few side effects.
