中共山西省委宣传部、山西省新闻届版局、山西省科学技术委员会为改革和完善期刊管理工作,全面提高期刊的质量品位,推进期刊出版事业的繁荣和发展,曾于1992年底联合印发了《关于试行期刊划分等级、分级管理的通知》。根据《通知》要求,有112种正式期刊参加了评审,其中社科类63种,科技类59种。在1993年6月全省期刊等级评审中,按照既定的等级标准和1991年期刊出版情况及样本,参考上下两年的情况,从政治、业务、编辑、出版、效益、管理六个方面全
