今年以来,省人口计生委认真贯彻省委、省政府关于开展领导干部下基层“三解三促”活动的要求和总体部署,以加强党性锻炼、增强群众观念为原则,以推进人口计生八项重点工作、促进基层发展为目的,以推进创优争先、转变机关作风为宗旨,不断促进“三解三促”活动深入开展。至五月中旬,我委处以上领导干部下基层“三解三促”阶段性活动已全面完成
