该矿在围岩不坚固的地方,采用过传统的电扒水平分层充填法。1966年在15中段采用柴油铲运机的水平分层充填法,用风动凿岩台车,3.8米~3柴油轮胎铲运机,中段运输用7.1米~3Granby矿车。改变了采矿技术和采用了胶结充填后,采场内可采用较大的设备,过去打3.7米深的水平炮孔,现在代之以50°的上向炮孔。采场出矿用电扒的地方用22.4瓩电扒代替了11.2瓩电机,这样就提高了采场的生产效率。
