办公室管理一直被视为管理科学中一个十分重要的实践课题。这是因为办公室是所有公共和私人组织中的中枢神经系统。企业办公室管理既有一般办公室管理的共同点,也有其自身独特的规律。企业办公室的管理是企业办公室工作人员协助企业决策层处理好行政事务和办公事务的决策、执行、控制、反馈的活动过程。本文作者通过近几年来的企业办公室工作实践,阐述了做好办公室工作的经验。
Office management has always been regarded as a very important practical subject in the management sciences. This is because the office is the central nervous system in all public and private organizations. Corporate office management both the common office management in common, but also its own unique law. The management of an enterprise’s office is a process of activities of decision-making, implementation, control and feedback of corporate office staff to assist the enterprise’s decision-making level in handling the administrative affairs and office work.
