从1987年我国第一家财务公司诞生到今天,国民经济长期保持较高增速促进了财务公司行业的快速成长,财务公司背靠企业集团,依托实业,实现了跨越式发展。当前,中国经济已经进入以“中高速、优结构、新动力”为特征的新常态,经济换挡降速、利率市场化进程加快等外部环境变化给财务公司行业带来了新的挑战。本文以浙能财务公司为例,探索经济“新常态”下企业集团财务公司的发展路径。笔者认为,新常态下财务公司应从夯实资金集中管理
From the birth of China’s first financial company in 1987 to today, the sustained long-term growth of the national economy has promoted the rapid growth of the financial companies. The financial companies, backed by conglomerates and relying on the industry, have achieved leapfrog development. At present, the Chinese economy has entered a new normal characterized by “high-speed, superior structure and new impetus,” the changes in the external environment such as the slowdown of economic shift and the acceleration of the liberalization of interest rates have brought new challenges to the finance company industry . In this paper, Zhejiang Energy Company as an example, to explore the economy “new normal ” under the enterprise group finance company development path. In my opinion, the financial companies under the new normal should be concentrated management of funds
