介绍了铸造合金ZLSi6Cu3Mg的化学成分,熔炼过程中溶剂的成分配比以及试验中三种渣层厚度和所用电流大小。通过对ZLSi6Cu3Mg合金的电渣熔炼试验,进行了试棒的热处理,测量了试棒的化学成分。利用正交试验方法得知,选用2号渣厚度80mm,电流大小为300A的试棒为最佳选择。结果表明,相应铸件的抗拉强度有了较大程度提高,只出现了少量的铸造缺陷。
The chemical composition of the casting alloy ZLSi6Cu3Mg, the composition of the solvent in the melting process, the thickness of the three slag layers and the current used in the experiment are introduced. Through the electroslag melting test of ZLSi6Cu3Mg alloy, the heat treatment of the test rod was performed and the chemical composition of the test rod was measured. Using orthogonal test method that the choice of No. 2 slag thickness of 80mm, the current size of 300A of the test bar is the best choice. The results show that the corresponding castings tensile strength has been greatly improved, only a small amount of casting defects.
