助应素药物过敏反应罕见报道,现将我院所见二例报告如下。例1、女、32岁、本院职工。因患类风湿性关节炎7年余,于1989年9月接受助应素治疗。每天1支肌注,连用至8天时,出现双侧臀部注射部位皮肤红肿,约6cm×5cm左右大小,灼热痛,有痒感,停用此药,局部未加治疗,3天后症状消失。1个月后又继续使用此药治疗,用法同前,第7天时两臀部,四肢及躯干出现大小不等之风团样丘疹,融合成大片,皮肤瘙痒,潮红。病前未用过其它药物,既往无过
